  • Gyral Guide: A solution focused on delivering psychological well-being tools and resources to employees through an AI-driven virtual companion. It is designed to enhance productivity, reduce stress, and improve overall mental health by helping employees navigate emotional and mental health challenges through self-reflection and AI-led support.
  • Customization and Integration: As a B2B provider, we offer tailored solutions that can be integrated into your organisation’s infrastructure, adapting to your company’s specific needs and objectives related to employee well-being.

3. Use of the Site

Account Creation: To access certain services, your organisation may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update your information as necessary.

Prohibited Uses: Your organisation may not use the Site for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to harassment, fraud, or violation of intellectual property rights. The Site must not be used to harm the functionality or the user experience.

We offer customised pricing for each client, based on the number of employees, specific features, and level of service requested.

Billing: Payments are due in accordance with the terms outlined in the subscription agreement, typically billed on a monthly or annual basis. Detailed invoices will be provided to the organisation.

Late Payments: If payment is not received within the specified terms, access to services may be suspended until outstanding balances are paid. A grace period of 7 days will be provided.

7. Customer Support and Service Levels

Customer Support: Gyral offers dedicated customer support services to assist your organisation in using the platform effectively. Support is available Monday to Friday, through email, phone, or live chat.

Service Level Agreement (SLA): We commit to resolving any critical technical issues within 24 hours during business hours. In case of a major disruption, your organisation will be notified promptly, and Gyral will provide an estimated timeline for service restoration.

Relationship Management: Your organisation will have a designated relationship manager to oversee the integration, training, and ongoing use of Gyral services.

8. User Responsibilities

Your organisation agrees to:

  • Ensure the security of login credentials and access permissions for employees using the platform.
  • Notify Gyral immediately if any unauthorised use of the account is detected.
  • Ensure that employees using the Site comply with applicable laws, including data privacy laws and corporate policies.

9. Termination

Termination by Gyral: Gyral reserves the right to suspend or terminate your organisation’s access to the Site if your organisation violates these Terms. Gyral will provide at least 30 days’ notice of termination, except in cases of immediate threat to the security or integrity of the Site.

Termination by the organisation: Your organisation may terminate its contract with Gyral at any time by providing written notice. Any outstanding payments will need to be settled prior to the termination of the account.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: The Site and services are provided "as is," and Gyral makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the Site or its services. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the services.

Limitation of Liability: Gyral’s liability is limited to the amount paid by your organisation for the service during the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim. Gyral will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your organisation’s use of the Site.

11. Indemnification

Your organisation agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gyral, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or damage arising out of your organisation’s use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights. Similarly, Gyral agrees to indemnify your organisation for any claims arising from its failure to comply with applicable laws.

12. Modifications

Gyral may update or modify these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will be posted on the Site with the effective date. Your organisation will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the Site after changes will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law
